Valponians\' favorite vacation spot, planet Earth.


About the Author:

Peter Walker lives in Glenfield in Leicestershire, England. Peter has written a
number of other children's stories including A Royal Ballet and The Time Travelers
Club, and he is currently writing a story called Return of the Dinosaurs.


Excerpt from the book:

"Astrid was ten years old, but on the planet of Valpon nine was old enough to go on
a space adventure. She had short blonde hair and blue eyes and on the spaceship
always wore red clothes. Red was the color for a leader and Astrid was the Commander
of the spaceship. Astrid was a very determined person, courageous and strong. She
had been awarded several medals for her courage and ability. She had four companions
and two robots with her on the flight."
